The Valentin Son Bou Hotel & Apartments is situated on a hill in the area of Torre Soli Nou, a typical small village of Minorca, approximately 20km away from the airport and 1km from the beach of Son Bou. There is a free shuttle bus service to the beach from the hotel. At the beach there is a first aid station with life guards. On one side of the beach there is a beach bar with the possibility to rent sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition guests can use the facilities of a water sports school which offers sailing, windsurfing, canoes, pedalos and more (payable locally).

The air-conditioned restaurant offers a good selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner which are served buffet style. Themed evenings and show cooking allow you to watch the chefs prepare your meals. The snack bar Tropicana is located next to the swimming pool and is perfect for an aperitif or light meal, sandwich, salad or ice cream.

At the spacious Salon bar, complete with outdoor terrace, you can watch and join in with the entertainment provided by the animation team. The Bar Terrace is reserved for adults only and is situated in a more peaceful setting.

Accommodation

The hotel is divided into a main building with 214 rooms and a two floor annexe with 98 apartments. The apartments feature a bed room and a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette and bathroom. The apartments and the hotel rooms all have a hair dryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (for which a small charge is made), air-conditioning and a balcony or terrace.
