The Silversea Fleet

Silversea cruises impressive fleet of modern ships boast all-suite accommodation and average the highest ratio of space per passenger of any fleet at sea. The design of the ships ensures that this feeling of space is accompanied by warmth, intimacy and, of course, luxury. The emphasis is on comfort and making guests feel at home.

Silversea's tradition of excellence began with Silver Cloud and Silver Wind. Their newest ships, Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper, have taken this tradition to the next level.

Spa

The Mandara Spa has been voted World's Best Spa at Sea and provides the finest Elemis treatments to help you relax, revive and renew.

Beauty Salon

A visit to the Beauty salon will keep you looking at your best. The salon offers hair styling services as well as manicures and pedicures.

Fitness Centre

Every ship in the Silversea fleet has a swimming pool, two whirlpools and a fitness centre complete with uni-sex saunas and steam rooms. As well as the latest gym and exercise equipment the Fitness Centre offers aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Tai–Chi and circuit training.

Facilites onboard

Additional facilties on board the Silversea ships include boutiques, which sell a variety of jewellery, fashions and souvenirs, an internet and computer room and a well stocked library and movie centre.

A selection of the world's finest Caspian caviar, handmade Davidoff and Cuban cigars, vintage ports and cognacs as well as some of the finest wines are all available to purchase onboard.

Enrichment

Every Silversea cruise features a programme of lectures by noted historians, ambassadors, state leaders, authors and geographers whom all offer further insights into their respective fields of expertise. Guest chefs and wine experts also join special Culinary and Wine Series Cruises.

Dining

Silversea features a variety of dining options including the main Restaurant, Terrace Cafe (complete with outdoor terrace as the name suggest), a poolside Grille (on Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper), Saletta (Silver Cloud and Silver Wind), Le Champagne (Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper), plus 24-hour in-suite dining.

The main Restaurant

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served with an open-seating arrangement so you can choose to dine when and with whomever you wish. On select nights, dinner is accompanied by an orchestra. The menu contains a mouth watering selection of the best classical and modern French cuisine. This is complemented by "La Collection du Monde", a collection of signature dishes created with the help of Relais & Chatéaux's "Relais Gourmands". If you are felling particularly healthy AaCruiseLite menu is also available.

Terrace Cafe

Casual surroundings and the option of outdoor dining make for a relaxed breakfast or lunch. On most evenings during your cruise, the Terrace Cafe will offer alternative dining, featuring international cuisines of the world, for which advance reservations can be made onboard.

Saletta and Le Champagne

Saletta, aboard Silver Cloud and Silver Wind, and Le Champagne, aboard Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper, feature the gastronomic creations of Joachim Koerper, chef-owner of Michelin Two-Star Restaurant Girasol in Spain. Guests will dine in an intimate atmosphere while savouring Chef Koerper's internationally renowned selections. Selected wines are thoughtfully and perfectly paired with each course and the Head Sommelier is always pleased to recommend the outstanding vintages on the Silversea wine list.

Poolside Grille

The grille on Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper offers poolside dining for lunch where a range of American favourites are prepared and served to your liking.

24-Hour In-Suite Dining

You may order from the in-suite dining menu 24 hours a day. Items from the Restaurant menu can also be served in your suite during regular dining hours.

Entertainment

Aboard each Silversea ship, you will find much to keep you entertained. Enjoy a romantic evening under the star watching a movie on the open air screen. Alternatively, be wowed by energetic shows, classical concerts and theatrical plays. The bar offers piano recitals, jazz and cabaret in an intimate setting. In the evening the bar and the panorama Lounge offer varying types of dancing, from ballroom to rock and roll. If you fancy a flutter, the Casino has roulette, black jack and slot machines to tempt you.
