Is my booking financially protected?Answer

A:

Are you members of ABTA and what is ABTA?Answer

A:

We are members of ABTA. Our ABTA number is L8569. ABTA stands for The Association of British Travel Agents. ABTA and its members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. Yes. Our website and your personal details are secured with the very latest SSL encryption.

Answer How much do you charge for credit and debit card payments?

A:

We charge nothing for payments made with a Debit Card. Payments made with a Credit Card incur a surcharge of 2%. American Express incurs a surcharge of 2.25%. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.

Can I book a flight only or a hotel only with you?Answer

A:

Yes you can book a flght only or a hotel only. Furthermore you can create your own holiday by combining the two and adding transfers. Alternatively, we also offer package holidays from the UK's leading tour operators.

Q:

What is the difference between a package holiday and a flight+hotel dynamic package?Answer

A:

A package holiday is supplied by a tour operator. With a package holiday the flight, hotel and transfers are all pre-arranged by the Tour Operator. Package Holiday bookings are protected financially by ATOL. A Flight+Hotel dynamic package (or "build your own") is where you combine whatever flight and hotel combination you prefer. Flight+Hotel bookings are protected financially by Supplier Failure Cover. Both of the options are available to book online. We find that the most popular are Flight+Hotel bookings due to the increased choice and flexibility often combined with more competitive prices.

How do I book?Answer

A:

You can book online or you can choose to book by telephone. Most of our customers choose to book online because it is convenient, simple and 100% secure. If you have any questions our knowledgable and friendly reservations team are always on hand to help. You can either contact them via LiveHelp and chat with them online or, alternatively, you can telephone them on 0203 282 7684.

What are your opening hours?Answer

A:

With the option to book online you can make a reservation any time of day, 365 days a year. If you would like to speak to a member of our Resevations Team on the telephone (0203 282 7684), or via our LiveHelp online chat, their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09.30am to 5.30pm.

Q:

Hotel check-in and check-out times?Answer

A:

The standard international practice is to let rooms from midday to midday. However times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm & 3pm, check-out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure. Therefore, if you check-in immediately after a night flight this would normally count as one nights' accommodation. Similarly if your return flight as at night you will normally be required to vacate your room at 12 noon prior to leaving for the airport. Day rooms are subject to availability/cost and should be arranged locally with the accommodation management.
