Are transfers included within my booking? Answer

A:

If you have booked a package holiday with a Tour Operator then transfers are usually included, often at no extra charge. If you build your own Flight+Hotel dynamic package then you will be offered the chance to book transfers during the booking process. If you decide to book transfers after you have made a booking please call our Reservations team on 0845 xxx.

Do you offer Car Hire? Answer

A:

Yes. You can add car hire to your holiday during the online booking process. Alternatively, you can call a member of our Reservations team on 0203 282 7684.

How old do you have to be to hire a car abroad? Answer

A:

This depends on the country you are travelling to. Typically you will need to be at least 21 years old to hire a car. Most car hire companies will also charge a premium to provide insurance to drivers under 25 years old.
