Q:
What is TOD and why can't my tickets be sent to me?
Answer
A:
TOD means Ticket on Departure. Some airlines and tour operators that issue paper tickets, tend to issue TOD's when they believe there is not enough time for the tickets to be printed and posted to you. Typically TOD's are issued for bookings made within 14 days of departure. The collection point is always within the airport (usually at the check in desk) and will be advised to you at time of booking.
