This is a real c1976 Jumbo Jet, retired and converted to hotel and cockpit accommodation. The Jumbo Airplane Hotel offers world’s coolest stays, which guarantees a unique and outstanding experience at a reasonable price. The different room categories can accommodate one to three adults in comfort as well as a quad dormitory bed option, all with separate shared shower and toilet facilities. There is also a luxury suite in the converted cockpit with a panoramic view of the airport.

Accommodation

The hotel offers 76 beds; one of the more luxurious are to be found at the upper deck. The rooms are approximately six square meters wide and measure three meters from floor to ceiling. All rooms have a flat screen TV where you can, among other things, watch the times of departure for all flights. Everywhere in the jumbo jet you have access to wireless broadband. All rooms offer a shower and toilet in the corridor, except from Cockpit suite, Black Box suite and one single room which boast their own shower and WC. The aircraft’s cockpit has been converted into a deluxe suite with parts of the original interior saved as curiosities. From the suite’s panoramic windows you have a magnificent view of the air traffic at Arlanda, therefore a particularly exciting choice for aviation enthusiasts and families with children.
