Accommodation

This comfortable hotel is great whether you are skiing as a couple, family or groups of friends and you can choose the type of room to suit you, from twin, double and triple rooms to a small family apartment. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and most of them have their own private balcony too.

There is a large lounge and bar area for your relaxation, or head for "Scotty's Bar" situated on the lower ground floor of the hotel with large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Wifi is also available.

Children have their own bright, airy well-equipped crèche with an outdoor play area – great for those warm weather days and a bit of snowman building. Kids from 3 to 12 have their own activity clubs and Mark Warner's trained childcare staff will also drop them off and pick them up from ski classes for you.

If you want to get out and about, simply hop on the free bus just outside the hotel and visit the restaurants and bars in Val Claret and Le Lavachet or ease those aching muscles in the wellness centre in Tignes Le Lac.

Dining

Meals are served in the spacious galleried dining room, with its floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountains. Here in the dining room, you can spoil yourself with a full English breakfast first thing, after skiing – treat yourself to an afternoon tea of hot soup, bread and scrumptious homemade cakes and in the evening, be seated, relax and we will serve you a delicious three course evening meal from the a la carte menu, accompanied by a choice of complimentary wines.

Ski Hosting

Mark Warner run a full ski hosting programme at the Chalet Hotel Hauts de Tovière. For 4½ days a week their ski hosts will guide you around the mountain, heading off to the best pistes and picking out the best lunch stops. Mark Warner group people on ability with 3 groups available; leisurely, intermediate and advanced, this means that you can go at your pace throughout the day.

Both the Espace Killy and Tignes ski areas offer some unbeatable skiing. Whether you are a skier or boarder, a beginner or more advanced there is plenty of skiing to be had. Mark Warner's ski hosting programme is a great way to make the most of your time on the mountain, not having to stop to read the piste map or worrying about heading off in the wrong direction! Children aged 12 years upwards are also welcome to join the hosting groups, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Leisurely – for those who can make semi–parallel linked turns confidently and who are comfortable on blue runs and confident using ski tows and chair lifts.
Medium Speed – for those comfortable on red, or long runs and who are keen to tackle the black runs and moguls at a slower pace.
Faster – for those happy to ski mainly black and red runs and keen to experience steeper slopes and moguls and are comfortable skiing at a faster pace.
