One of the world's most beautiful and spectacular ski areas, Saas Fee sits high in the Swiss Alps. Cars are banned from this resort which adds to the authentic atmosphere and makes it a great choice for families. Traditional Swiss chalets line the narrow streets right up to the base of the slopes.

The Alpin Express cable–car takes you to the Felskinn Glacier, 3000 metres above sea level, which is open for summer skiing. The Metro Alpin lifts you higher still, up to 3500 metres where you'll find the world's highest revolving restaurant!

Activities & Facilities at Saas Fee

Indoor activities include a sports centre with swimming pool and spa, as well as an ice rink and several museums. Other facilities include several banks, cash tills and a post office. Outdoor activites include hiking, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling and ice climbing. The spectacular ice pavillion carved into the glacier is the largest in the world and includes a Pingu area for children and an ice chapel for weddings.

Saas Fee has more than 60 bars and restaurants and is a quite lively resort with a good après ski scene. There are also three night clubs which offer dancing right through the night. Most dining options are available including Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Thai as welll as traditional Alpine and gourmet restaurants.
