Bavarian Magic

Day 1 London – Frankfurt – Nuremberg
We begin with Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to London Heathrow Airport for your direct scheduled British Airways flight to Frankfurt Airport. On arrival our coach transfers us to Le Meridien Grand Hotel, Nuremberg where we enjoy a welcome drink and a buffet dinner tonight. Evening meals are usually taken by in a function room throughout your stay.

Day 2 Bamberg
Today breakfast is followed by a visit to Bamberg, the dream city of Emperor Heinrich II. The cathedral unites the Romanesque with Gothic to provide a masterpiece of beauty. Opposite the cathedral stands the New Residence, an elegant Baroque building and the city which has many examples of other architectural styles to please the eye. The journey to Bamberg takes in some of the most picturesque scenery found in the Bavaria region. We have included a lunch at a nearby restaurant before returning to our hotel, where we will have a three-course dinner this evening.

Day 3 Christmas Eve, Nuremberg
After a leisurely breakfast, today is free for you to explore the delights of Nuremberg or relax in the comfort of your hotel. This evening after a 4-course dinner at the hotel you may wish to attend one of the local churches for traditional Christmas Eve celebrations.

Day 4 Christmas Day, Nuremberg
After another excellent breakfast we set off on our guided walking tour of historic Nuremberg and learn of some of the events that have shaped this corner of Bavaria. After working up a healthy appetite we return to the Grand Hotel for Christmas lunch. The afternoon is free to relax before enjoying a Bavarian buffet followed by music.

Day 5 Boxing Day, Wurzburg
This morning we journey through the Bavarian countryside to Würzburg, an ancient town dating back to 1000BC, to visit the Residenz, a huge Baroque palace with a magnifi cent staircase and frescoed ceiling, now a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. This evening we enjoy a buffet dinner after which there will be time to relax.

Day 6 Nuremberg – Frankfurt – London
Today we transfer to Frankfurt Airport for your direct scheduled British Airways fl ight to London Heathrow Airport. On arrival our staff will greet and transfer you to Titan Transport for your journey home to your own front door.
