Danube Discoveries Budapest Belgrade and Vienna

Day 1 London – Budapest
Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to London Heathrow airport. Scheduled direct British Airways or another leading airline flight to Budapest. Embark Filia Rheni II. Captain’s Welcome Dinner tonight.

Day 2 Budapest – Kalocsa
An optional excursion of Budapest, spanning the Danube and lovely blend of east and west, medieval and modern. Afternoon sailing. Evening arrival in Kalosca.

Day 3 Kalocsa – Mohacs
Morning cruising before a lunchtime arrival in Mohacs. Join an optional tour to the see a performance of traditional Hungarian horsemanship in Pustza.

Day 4 Belgrade
Afternoon arrival in Belgrade where have an included city tour seeing the Saint Sava Cathedral and Kalemegdan fortress.

Day 5 Iron Gates – Scenic Cruising
A wonderful day on the river as we navigate through the Iron Gates, one of the most scenic on the Danube as you travel through steep wooded cliffs.

Day 6 Vidin
We spend the day in the attractive town of Vidin. Explore at leisure or take an optional tour to the Fortress of Baba Vida.

Day 7 Novi Sad
Arrive in Novi Sad, where an optional tour will take you to the Petrovaradin Fortress and Sremski Karlovci.

Day 8 Vukovar
Early morning arrival into the Croatian port of Vukovar. An optional excursion will show you the local area and the district’s capital, Osijek, with its attractive riverside promenade and citadel.

Day 9 Esztergom
Perhaps join an optional excursion to Szentendre with a surprising number of art galleries and museums, and the Basilica in Eszetergom.

Day 10 Vienna
An included city tour of Vienna. Later there may be an opportunity to join an optional excursion to attend a classical concert. Captain’s Farewell Dinner this evening.

Day 11 Vienna – London
Disembark Filia Rheni II and transfer to Vienna Airport for our return airline flight to London Heathrow, where our staff will greet you and transfer you to Titan transport for your journey home to your front door.
