Las Vegas And The Grand Canyon

Day 1 – London – Las Vegas
Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® transports you from your front door to London Gatwick Airport and your direct, scheduled Virgin Atlantic fl ight to Las Vegas. On arrival we transfer to our hotel on the Las Vegas strip.

Day 2 – Las Vegas
Discover at your leisure the vast array of entertainment with something for everyone. Experience the many speciality shops and boutiques in the hotels and centres throughout the city. You may wish to try your luck on the one-arm bandits during your stay or for the more adventurous, poker, blackjack or one of the many other games available to play 24 hours a day. A stroll along the strip brings with it free attractions provided by the resort hotels, notably the pirate ship battle at Treasure Island Hotel, the erupting volcano outside the Mirage Hotel and the dancing fountain at the Bellagio. This evening we take an orientation tour to familiarise you with the city and view the array of hotels and casinos lit up in their night-time splendour.

Day 3 – Hoover Dam
Today we take a full day excursion to further explore the “Silver State” of Nevada. We travel northeast to Overton where we visit the Lost City Museum, which is built on the ruins of an Anasazi pueblo and houses a reconstruction of this ancient dwelling. The museum chronicles the life of the Native American with its large collection of artefacts. We continue into the Valley of Fire, Nevada’s oldest state park that is renowned for its incredible sandstone formations. Later today we travel south to the Hoover Dam. Built in the 1930s this huge dam is an awesome site and has created Lake Mead, America’s largest man-made lake, which is over 100 miles long and up to 500 feet deep. We continue back to Las Vegas where the evening is at leisure.

Day 4 – Las Vegas – Williams
Today we cross the state-line into Arizona, travelling through open desert. As part of our drive we’ll take the more scenic section of the old Route 66. On arrival at Williams we check into the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel.

Day 5 – Grand Canyon
A truly memorable day awaits us as we visit the Grand Canyon itself, and undoubted natural wonder of the world, carved out by the Colorado River. We travel there by the best possible means, the historic Grand Canyon Railway which takes us to the south rim of the Grand Canyon National Park. The railway is a real piece of canyon history, making its fi rst journey on 17 September 1901. The 65 mile journey takes a little over 2 hours, passing through Ponderosa pine forests and dry, open desert. You might choose to book an optional helicopter flight that brings the sheer scale and enormity of this phenomenon to life. We return to Williams by coach to overnight.

Day 6 – Williams – Las Vegas – In flight
Our coach transfers us back to Las Vegas this morning for our Virgin Atlantic direct flight to London Gatwick Airport.

Day 7 – London
Arrival at London Gatwick where our staff will greet you and transfer you to Titan transport for your journey home to your front door.
