Day 1-2 : Arrive Hanoi
You will be met at Hanoi Airport and transferred to your hotel.
Day 3 : Explore Hanoi
See Hanoi’s famous sights and a Water Puppets show. (B,L)
Day 4 : Cooking Class, Hanoi
Shop for fresh produce in a street market with a local chef, before making traditional Vietnamese dishes. (B,L)
Day 5 : Halong Bay Junk Cruise
Travel to the UNESCO Site of Halong Bay, known as the Jewel in the Crown of Vietnam, and take a relaxing cruise between the spectacular limestone islets. Return to Hanoi later in the day. (B,L)
Day 6 : Journey to Hue
Fly to Hue and cruise the Perfume River. (B)
Day 7 : Discover Hue
Visit the Imperial Citadel and walk through Dong Ba Market. Later visit the Royal Tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. (B)
Day 8 : Cooking Class, Hoi An
Explore the scenic Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. Take a walking tour of the Old Town and participate in a cooking class. (B,D)
Day 9 : Saigon & Mekong Delta
Transfer to Danang for your flight to Saigon. Travel to the Mekong Delta and explore the serene waterways by sampan. (B,L)
Day 10 : Cooking Class, Saigon
Accompany a local chef to the Central Market to select ingredients for your cooking class. After feasting on your creations, discover the highlights of Saigon on a tour through the city. (B,L)
Day 11 : Depart Saigon
Check out of your hotel and transfer to Saigon Airport where your arrangements end. (B)
