Namibia Flying Safari

DAY 1 DAILY HEATHROW – WINDHOEK
Overnight flight, from Heathrow via Johannesburg to Windhoek.
DAY 2 WINDHOEK
Met and transferred to your hotel, enjoy the rest of the day exploring the capital city at your own leisure. Overnight: Windhoek Country Club Resort.
DAY 3 SOSSUSVLEI
This morning you will be transferred to the airport where you will board your light aircraft for the short flight to Sossusvlei. On arrival at the lodge you will have the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon and sundowner nature tour in the Namib desert. Overnight: Kulala Desert Lodge. (b,l,d)
DAY 4 SOSSUSVLEI
Today you will venture into the desert on an early morning guided nature drive into the dunes. After a leisurely lunch you will enjoy a visit to Sesriem Canyon, a spectacular gorge. Overnight: Kulala Desert Lodge. (b,l,d)
DAY 5 DAMARALAND
A light aircraft flight to Damaraland where you will be fascinated by the desert experience. Enjoy an afternoon game drive to spot the desert-adapted wildlife possibly including desert elephants, springboks and meerkats. Overnight: Doro Nawas Camp. (b,l,d)
DAY 6 DAMARALAND
Guests have the opportunity to relax or enjoy a cultural visit to the San Rock art at Twyfelfontein, a world heritage site with an amazing collection of ancient rock art. Overnight: Doro Nawas Camp. (b,l,d)
DAYS 7 – 8 ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast the light aircraft flight takes you to your final destination. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Etosha National Park. Overnight: Andersson’s Camp. (b,l,d)
DAY 9 WINDHOEK – HEATHROW
After breakfast you return by light aircraft to Windhoek for your flight to Heathrow, or alternatively, extend your stay in Southern Africa. (b)
