Day 1 London – Venice
Begin with Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport for your scheduled British Airways or another leading airline flight to Venice. Meet your Uniworld representative on arrival and transfer to the River Countess.

Day 2 Venice
Included Excursions: Walking discovery of Venice with canal cruise, evening visit to San Marco Basilica.
This morning you will enjoy a walking tour of this beautiful city and discover just some of the endless highlights on offer before experiencing Venice in the best possible way – on a canal cruise. Admire the endless beautiful buildings as you sail down the Grand Canal and watch the gondolas as they go slowly by. Spend this afternoon at leisure exploring the hidden treasures of Venice either on foot, by waterbus or gondola before a special evening opening of the San Marco Basilica. Captain’s Welcome Dinner this evening.
Note: The Patriarch reserves the right to close the Basilica for official or special religious services at any time. If evening access is not available, San Marco Basilica will be visited as part of the morning walking tour.

Day 3 Venice (Padua)
Included Excursion: Padua walking tour (no lunch included)
Today you will enjoy a full day in the charming city of Padua. Home to the Scrovegni Chapel with its priceless frescoes by Giotto and the Basilica of St. Anthony of Padua, there are plenty of sights to see. This morning, join a walking tour of Padua and wander the many historic streets around the old town including a visit to the local market.

Day 4 Seravalle (Ravenna)
Included Excursions: Visit to Ravenna including lunch and olive oil tasting
Travel to Ravenna today where you will discover a treasure chest of art, history and culture of the highest order. This city was once the capital of the Western Empire and the Byzantine Empire in Europe. Ravenna is home to some of the best Byzantine mosaics and the early Christian churches and mosaics have collectively been designated a World Heritage Site. Enjoy the city’s winding streets, fine shops and peaceful squares. You will stop for lunch in the medieval town of Brisighella and enjoy an olive oil tasting in an olive mill before returning to the ship.

Day 5 Polesella (Bologna)
Included Excursions: Full day excursion to Bologna with pasta workshop (lunch included)
This morning you will awake in Polesella from where you will travel to the attractive city of Bologna. Enjoy its wonderful churches and arcaded streets, towers, palaces and the oldest university in Europe, dating back to the 11th century. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a pasta workshop. This afternoon, you can enjoy Bologna at your leisure before returning to Polesella where the ship will remain overnight.

Day 6 Polesella (Verona) – Venice
Included Excursions: Full day excursion to Verona
Today you have the opportunity to travel to Verona, another enchantingly romantic city. It was here that Shakespeare set his play Romeo and Juliet, supposedly based on a true story, and the balcony can still be seen today. Verona is a showcase for more than two millennia of architectural treasures, including Juliet’s balcony and the spectacular Arena, a 20,000-seat Roman amphitheatre in such a miraculous state of preservation that it hosts an annual festival of opera.

Day 7 Venice
Enjoy a day at leisure to make your own explorations. Captain’s Farewell dinner this evening.

Day 8 Venice – London
Transfer to the airport for your British Airways or another leading airline fl ight home. Arrive at London Heathrow or Gatwick where our staff will meet you and our transport will transfer you to your own front door.
