Day 2-3 Victoria Falls
During you time at the falls there are a variety of option on thing to do. Of course, you will want to spend at least half a day at the falls which is just a short walk from the hotel. You can take a sundowner cruise on the Zambezi, an elephant back safari or choose from any of the adrenaline activities on offer in this adventure capital, including a new canopy walkway on the gorge above the Zambezi.
Meals: Breakfast
Day 4 Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park
You will be driven inland on quiet roads dotted with small villages and into the Hwange National Park. This wildlife park has been enhanced in recent years with the opening of some new lodges like Camp Hwange and offers a less crowded and more private safari experience than many other wildlife parks in Southern Africa. Stay for 2 nights at Camp Hwange, an excellent new luxury camp with 8 thatched cabins which offers some of the most personalised safari experiences in Africa. You will have a game drive this afternoon then relax and watch sunset over the waterhole with a cool drink before dinner.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 5 Hwange
An early morning game drive you should be able to see some of the big five. In this area there are large populations of elephant and buffalo, families of big cats, wild dog, hippo and a profusion of bird life. Walking safaris are offered, usually in the afternoon and you will surely see wildlife gather at the water hole in front of the camp. The excellent team of wildlife guides offer game drives in small groups in open vehicles… why not stay an extra day.
Day 6 – 7 Hwange to the UK
After an early morning game drive, you will be driven to Victoria Falls to take your flight to Johannesburg. Connect to a London flight arriving early the next morning.
